    We're back online. Thank you for your patience as we completed our system alignment. 

    This final stage of our amalgamation brought members of the former LaHave River Credit Union and Provincial Government Employees Credit Union onto the East Coast Credit Union banking system. This ensures consistent products, services, and banking experiences for all members across all branches. To understand the full scope of impacts, please review our Frequently Asked Questions page.

    What's the Same
    • Your Member ID
    • Your Personal Access Code (PAC)
    • Your debit card or Debit Mastercard
    • Pre-authorized payments 
    • Cheques
    • Direct deposits

    Accessing Your Accounts
    Starting now

    Log in as a first time user.

    Mobile app users:

    • Download the East Coast Credit Union Mobile App for Apple or Android
    • Log in using your existing Member ID and PAC
    • Set up 2-Step Verification (via text or email)
    • Recreate your Interac e-Transfer® profile and re-enter your contacts, re-enable Autodeposit, and deposit any transfers received during the transition period.

    Helpful Tip: Delete the mobile apps for LaHave River CU and Provincial Government Employees CU as they will no longer work.

    Online banking users:

    • Log in at www.eastcoastcu.ca
    • Log in using your existing Member ID and PAC
    • Set up 2-Step Verification (via text or email)
    • Recreate your Interac e-Transfer® profile and re-enter your contacts, re-enable Autodeposit, and deposit any transfers received during the transition period.

    Helpful Tip: Update any saved bookmarks, as former credit union websites will be removed.
