    IMPORTANT NOTICE:
    Temporary Service Disruption and Early Closure

    We’re pleased to announce that we’re in the final stages of amalgamating with LaHave River and Provincial Government Employees credit unions. The last step is to bring our systems together to align our products and services and provide a consistent banking experience for all members, in all branches.

    Online banking, the mobile app, and telephone banking will be unavailable for all branches starting at 5 PM on Feb 27th, returning by Mar 2nd. On Feb 27th, LaHave River and Provincial Government Employees locations will close at 3 PM, all others (including the Virtual Branch) will close at 4 PM.

    How will this impact you?

    1. Your branch will close at 4 PM on Feb 27th 
    2. Online banking, the mobile app, and telephone banking will be unavailable from 5 PM Feb 27th, returning by Mar 2nd
    3. If you have Autodeposit setup for e-Transfers, any that come in during this down time will automatically deposit once the system is back up.
    4. Debit cards and wallet apps will work as usual.
    5. All account information and settings will remain unchanged.
    Why is this happening?

    We’re pleased to announce that we’re in the final stages of amalgamating with LaHave River and Provincial Government Employees credit unions. This planned system outage will bring us together on one unified system, align our products and services, and provide a consistent banking experience for all members, in all branches.

    All branches will be closing early on February 27th to accommodate this work:

    • 4 PM for East Coast legacy locations and the Virtual Branch
    • 3 PM for LaHave River and Provincial Government Employees locations.
