Before you log in...

    We’re pleased to announce that we’re in the final stages of amalgamation. The last step is to bring our systems together to align our products and services and provide a consistent banking experience for all members, in all branches.

    You will experience the following impacts during the system alignment:
    1. On Monday, Feb 23rd, Interac will start disabling e-Transfer® features.
    2. From Friday, Feb 27th to Monday, Mar 2nd, online banking, the mobile app, and telephone banking will be unavailable.

    To help keep your account running smoothly after the system alignment, we have created a schedule of events that include member impacts and a checklist of recommended actions to minimize impact. Please download the schedule and checklist now.  

    At minimum, we strongly advise all members take these steps:

    Save all Interac e-Transfer account information, as it will be lost:

    • Send any e-Transfers before 4 PM AST on Feb 23rd
    • Cancel or complete any other pending e-Transfer transactions before 4 PM AST on Feb 25th
    • Save your recipients list before 4 PM AST on Feb 25th

    Save your in-account transaction history, as it will be lost:

    • Screengrab or save a copy of the page
    • Download last month's e-statements and cheque images

    Make sure you know your Member ID and Personal Access Code (PAC), as memorized logins will be lost:

    • Test and secure your login credentials before 5 PM AST on Feb 27th
    • Your Memeber ID and PAC are NOT changing

    Make any non-automated bill payments due between Feb 27th - Mar 2nd in advance


    For Business Members:

    • Save your delegate information
    • Save your CRA profile information and transactions


    Looking Ahead

    On March 1, 2026, your account will transition to an East Coast Credit Union package that best matches your needs. All packages include FREE unlimited Interac e-Transfers® and Deposit Anywhere™ cheque deposits, along with other benefits.
