How do I?
We want you to have a positive experience with us because we care about helping you achieve your goals! When you take the time to tell us how we’re doing, we listen and want to do what we can to make your experience with us a great one.
Each month, through our partners at ANDX, members are surveyed by email about their experiences banking with East Coast Credit Union. Our member feedback survey gives you the opportunity to let us know how we are doing and helps us to improve our products and services and the level of service we provide.
We also ask about your willingness to recommend East Coast Credit Union to others. From this we derive our NPS (net promoter score) which helps us understand member loyalty. Results are shared each year in our annual report.
