Thank you for your participation in the Aura Loyality Prepaid Program offered by East Coast Credit Union. We appreciate the opportunity to provide this service to you. However, our service provider is discontinuing the program and you will no longer be able to access the service as of May 31, 2023.
Important Dates of Changes for Members
It’s important to East Coast CU that we help you manage through these changes. We recommend you start reducing your balance, remove any automatic bill payments, and discontinue any fund loads to make the transition easier.
There are a few key dates to take note of:
Effective May 1, 2023
You will no longer be able to load funds onto your card via cash load or e-Transfer request.
Effective May 31, 2023
Your card will no longer be active. That means that no ATM or POS transactions will be approved. If you wish to cancel your card prior to May 31, 2023, please call the Aura Care Team number located at the back of your card. Funds will be returned by e-Transfer to the email address on file within 45 days after the cancellation of the card. No fee will be charged for processing the refund.

Your new Debit Mastercard is on it's way!
We are senting all members affected by the discontinuation of the Aura Loyality Prepaid Program an East Coast Credit Union Debit Mastercard, if you don't already have one, to make this change easier. Your new card will arrive by mail before the end of May.
