Member Feedback Program

Voice of Member

East Coast Credit Union is introducing a unique member feedback program called Voice of Member. After a service experience with East Coast Credit Union, we want to know how it was for you, and how we did.

That's why East Coast Credit Union has contracted an independent research company, AND Agency, to conduct calls shortly after you've completed a transaction with us.

We ask for a few minutes of your time to answer their questions, and let us know your thoughts. The results will be used to improve our member service and provide even better experiences for our members.

This will be an ongoing program and AND Agency will be contacting members for feedback beginning February 15th, 2018.

As the selection is random, your household may or may not receive a telephone call on behalf of East Coast Credit Union.
