2020 Annual General Meeting

Among the many changes we have had to make in recent weeks to adapt to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will also have to change how we conduct our 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) coming up on April 14th, 2020. We remain committed to keeping you informed and continuing to support you during this pandemic.

Due to the current global circumstances and the requirements in place to ensure everyone’s safety, we are unable to hold our AGM as we have in previous years. Instead, it will be held virtually at the same time and date as originally planned on April 14th, 2020 at 7:00 pm.

In order to facilitate a virtual AGM, we need to confirm the number of meeting participants. If you are interested in participating in the AGM we would ask that you RSVP to eastcoastAGM@creditu.ca no later than 4:00 pm on Friday, April 10th. We will ensure you are provided with both the credentials to join the meeting and the process to ask questions or provide comments.

We understand that a virtual AGM is not normally the ideal approach but believe that in our current situation it will provide us with an opportunity to share information with our members. In advance of the meeting, we are also pleased to share with you our 2019 Annual Report, including financials. You can access this report below.
