New Online Banking Security Feature

We have recently implemented a new security feature within the MemberDirect online banking system to ensure that your account and personal information is protected and secure.

When logging in to online banking, all members are now prompted to select 'I'm not a robot' before clicking the login button. This is a legitimate security feature, called reCAPTCHA, that requires members to first confirm they are not a robot by ticking the box in the icon shown below, which is a necessary step to complete once you have entered your account number and access code (PAC). NOTE: Not checking the 'I’m not a robot' box will result in an error, which after 3 attempts, will lock you out of your online banking for 24 hours. If you have questions or problems, please contact us at 1-866-230-7700 or at

When you click 'I'm not a robot' you may also be prompted to select images that fit a certain theme. For example: select all images with bridges. You would then proceed to select all images that contain a bridge. Once you have selected the images press “Verify” or “Next” if displayed. If all the required images were selected, then the box will close, you can click login to proceed and you will access your account as normal. If you did not select all of the required images, you will be prompted to complete the process again. This is a legitimate feature which ensures that our members' accounts are protected from virtual attackers trying to access online banking platforms.
