Branch Network Hours

The health and safety of our members, employees, families and communities are our top concern. We are pleased to serve our members in-branch but continue to encourage our members to perform their everyday banking online or at an ATM, where possible. Staff can also assist members at an ATM during these hours if needed.

Effective June 15th, temporary changes to branch hours:

We are pleased to announce that we will extend our hours as outlined below effective June 15th, 2020. We appreciate your support as we move forward and adapt to the new normal.

Cape Breton branches, Havre Boucher, St. Andrews and New Glasgow:
  • Monday - Wednesday & Friday: 10am to 4pm
  • Thursday: 10am - 6pm
L'Ardoise branch:
  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 10am to 4pm
Antigonish branch:
  • Monday - Thursday: 10am to 4pm
  • Friday: 10am - 8pm (Effective Friday, August 21st, our Bergengren branch Friday hours will change to 10am - 6pm)
Dartmouth, Sackville, Fall River, Elmsdale and Sheet Harbour:
  • Monday - Wednesday: 10am to 4pm
  • Thursday: 10am to 6pm
  • Friday: 10am to 5pm
Downtown Halifax:
  • Monday - Friday: 10am to 2pm
  • 2pm to 4pm by appointment only
Please note, effective June 15th, 2020, our St. Andrews and L'Ardoise branches will be open for their respective hours stated above.
