Branch Network Hours

The health and safety of our members, employees, families and communities are our top concern. We are pleased to serve our members from 10am to 3pm in-branch but continue to encourage our members to perform their everyday banking online or at an ATM, where possible. Staff can also assist members at an ATM during these hours if needed.

Effective June 1st, temporary changes to branch hours:

  • All branches will be open from 10am-3pm Monday to Friday, effective June 1st, 2020 (with the exception of the closures below)
  • Our Downtown Halifax branch will be open from 10am-2pm

Branch closures currently in effect:

  • St. Andrews
  • L'Ardoise
Staff will work regular hours to support our members by phone and digitally. We encourage members to access their everyday banking by phone, online, mobile app and at an ATM. If you are unable to do so, please contact us for assistance.

Our Member Advice Center Team

You might be wondering who you are talking to when you call our toll-free number. Each time you call you are connected with a trusted member of the East Coast CU team! They are staff members who have worked directly out of our local branches and may have served you in person in the past. They are ready to help you with your everyday banking needs over the phone or by email.
